Opening an account is free and easy, and you, the person opening the account, can place your first order immediately. Orders can be placed online with Au Gold Mart (AGM) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For Customers who currently have an account, AGM restricts the purchase or sale of Precious Metal Bullion, Precious Metal Products, or Scrap Metal, whether online or by telephone. Depending on the type of account to be opened, individuals, business entities, or trusts can create an account with AGM online, by telephone, or in person. Laws and Legislations: These Terms and Conditions and any transaction entered into pursuant hereto shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Purchases and Orders: AGM accepts various forms of payment including cash, Interac Online, PayPal, credit card, personal or business cheque, bank draft, electronic bill payment, or bank wire transfer. Each form of payment is subject to specific terms and limitations, as detailed on our website.

Order Refusal: Upon making an order with Au Gold Mart (AGM), you have entered into a binding agreement to purchase goods that cannot be altered or revoked by you. Customer orders are normally accepted but are subject to acceptance or rejection by AGM in its discretion.

In Store Pick-Up: When picking up orders in-store, you will need to bring your Pick-Up Confirmation and provide one piece of government-issued photo identification before Au Gold Mart (AGM) can release your merchandise. There are no additional fees for in-store pickups.
